Improving Teen Well-being through AI
Welcome to Our Program Evaluation!
Program Purpose
We are conducting an evaluation to understand how well uME, an AI chatbot, can help improve general well-being in teenagers. Recent advancements in AI technology have opened exciting possibilities for new approaches to mental well-being—-especially at a time when many teenagers are facing heightened stress and anxiety. We believe that we can address this issue by providing everyone a voice, and uME’s AI chatbot is designed to do exactly that in a safe and supportive environment.
Evaluation Objectives
- Assess uME’s impact on teen well-being through analysis of WEMWBS scores over time
- Examine usage patterns and engagement with uME through self-reported frequency, duration, and timing metrics
- Evaluate participant experience and perceived benefits through structured feedback
